William M. P. Weitzel

Associate

Will practices general business, contract, real estate, and construction litigation. Specifically, his practice currently focuses on defending builders, developers, and contractors in complex residential and commercial construction defect cases. He prioritizes advocating zealously and effectively for his clients, with a focus on creative and cost-effective legal solutions that cater to his client’s desired result. Prior to joining PHLK, he attended Yale University, where he majored in Economics, played lacrosse, and won a NCAA National Championship. While attending Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, he was a Palmer Center Fellow with a specialization in real estate, focusing not only on the law, but also on the financial aspects of real estate investing, allowing him to gain a wholistic understanding of real estate disputes.
