Karen Kirollos

Associate

Karen specializes in general business, real estate, and construction litigation, with a particular emphasis on defending builders, developers, and contractors in complex residential and commercial construction defect cases.  She is dedicated to providing persuasive and effective advocacy, focusing on developing creative, cost-efficient legal strategies that help her clients achieve their desired outcomes in litigation.  Before joining PHLK as an associate, Karen gained invaluable experience as a summer associate at the firm’s Irvine office during her 2L year.  It was during this time that her passion for real estate and construction law deepened, prompting her to further her expertise by taking a specialized course in real estate transactions at the University of California, Irvine, MBA school.  This combination of hands-on experience and advanced academic training has equipped Karen with a unique and well-rounded perspective, allowing her to deliver insightful and effective legal counsel to her clients in the real estate and construction sectors.
