Steven’s practice focuses on real estate, construction defect litigation, and general business matters. His work blends careful analytic consideration with the ability to find creative solutions, and he is committed to zealously advocating for clients engaged in complex business transactions, construction defect disputes, and all manner of real estate related legal proceedings. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Steven worked as a summer clerk at PHLK where he gained foundational experience assisting clients in a wide variety of real estate and business matters.
