Clayton’s practice focuses on business litigation, construction, real estate, and risk management. He represents businesses, insurers, developers, contractors, and property owners in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including construction defect claims, insurance coverage disputes, contractual indemnity issues, and complex commercial litigation. Clayton has experience managing matters through all phases of litigation, including legal research and writing, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial.
Prior to joining Plante Huguenin Launi Kahn LLP, Clayton gained valuable experience through judicial clerkships, where he developed a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and judicial decision-making. He has practiced civil litigation in Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming, providing him with a broad, multi-jurisdictional perspective on resolving complex disputes. Clayton is committed to delivering practical, strategic solutions that help clients efficiently achieve their litigation objectives.
