Jeffrey is a dynamic litigator whose practice focuses on complex construction defect and high-exposure corporate defense. Earning his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law, he hit the ground running in Nevada’s legal trenches. Immediately upon bar admission, he acted as lead counsel in a professional licensing hearing, successfully managing evidentiary phases and cross-examinations against two opposing Attorneys General. Since pivoting to civil litigation, he has secured five complete dismissals for corporate clients through strategic motion practice and represented clients in multi-party mediation. With a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara, Jeffrey pairs sharp statutory analysis with aggressive advocacy to exploit inconsistencies in testimony and drive favorable early resolutions.
