Jessica Moran has extensive experience representing developers, general contractors, architects, owners and subcontractors in complex civil litigation, including construction defect claims, delay claims, breach of contract disputes, and mechanic’s liens actions, just to name a few. Ms. Moran is a zealous litigator who has favorably resolved and defended hundreds of cases on behalf of her developer and business entity clients. Her practice also includes the representation of various business entities in a variety of employment-related disputes including wage and hour claims and commission disputes. In addition, Ms. Moran has represented a wide-array of clients in insurance defense matters. Ms. Moran is licensed in both California and Texas.
Ms. Moran is an active member of numerous building industry associations as well as the Sacramento County Bar Association (where she serves as the Vice President for the Construction Defect Section).
