Joshua Willert’s practice currently focuses on residential and commercial construction defect, premises liability, product liability, and work-place catastrophic injury matters. Throughout his career, he has also defended professional liability claims made against attorneys, medical professionals, and accountants and has successfully defended commercial trucking companies against catastrophic personal injury claims. Joshua’s clients have included public entities, legal and medical professionals, business owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors.
