In February 2018, Mr. Kahn and Mr. Huguenin prevailed in a 2 week jury trial, including receiving an award of punitive damages. The Firm represented the majority interest of a downtown San Francisco hotel ownership group as plaintiffs in a defamation and subsequent accounting action.
