The Firm’s Managing Partner, Edward Huguenin, and James Bothwell, Partner, recently secured a favorable defense award following a 4-day binding arbitration on behalf of one of the Firm’s national homebuilder clients. The matter was aggressively litigated for several years, and involved complex engineering and construction issues, including concrete and soil chemistry, corrosion of embedded steel, framing, stucco and roofing. Needless to say, the client is extremely pleased with the result, as is the Firm.
