Edward R. Huguenin

Managing Partner

Mr. Huguenin serves as the Co-Managing Partner of the Firm and in that capacity handles and oversees a variety of complex business, general liability and real estate matters. He currently represents some of the Firm’s largest institutional clients and is known for his effective and creative legal strategies, culminating in favorable results through trial, arbitration and ADR. Mr. Huguenin began his career with Green & Hall where he became the founder and Managing Partner of the Firm’s Northern California office. In 2018, along with business partners, Jessica Moran, Robert Kahn and James Bothwell, Mr. Huguenin opened Huguenin Kahn LLP. On January 1, 2024, Huguenin Kahn merged with Plante Lebovic, LLP, reuniting several former partners, associates and staff from Green & Hall to form Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP.
