Grace Bransen’s practice focuses on general business, real estate, contract, and construction litigation. Specifically, her practice currently focuses on defending builders, developers, and contractors in complex residential and commercial construction defect cases. She prioritizes advocating persuasively and effectively for her clients, with a focus on creative and cost-effective legal solutions that are crafted to move litigation toward the client’s desired results.
As a student at McGeorge School of Law, Grace externed for a Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. Grace also served as the Chief Comment Editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review, Volume 54, and as the President of the Business Law Association. In her spare time, Grace enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
