Jason is a litigation and trial attorney at Plante Huguenin Lebovic and Kahn LLP. He specializes in business and general litigation representing individual clients, small businesses, and large companies in a variety of areas. Jason has extensive experience representing his clients in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He has also represented his clients in appellate proceedings, including a published decision in Tiffany Builders, LLC v. Delrahim, et al. (2023) 97 Cal. App. 5th 526. Jason has a reputation for being creative and thoughtful in his representation of clients, and always with the goal of obtaining the best possible result.
