Prior to joining PHLK, Nadia earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. She served as Symposium Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law and was a Palmer Center Fellow, focusing on the intersection of business and law. Through these programs, she developed a strong foundation in the dynamics underlying complex legal disputes, with particular emphasis on negotiation, collaboration, and translating business priorities into effective legal strategy.

During law school, Nadia clerked at a talent and intellectual property agency, where she assisted in representing high-profile estates and clients in a wide range of civil matters. Her work included in-depth research on state, federal, and international law relating to rights of publicity, probate, indemnification, and trademark issues, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts.

Nadia received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, where she majored in Integrated Marketing Communications, along with a Certificate in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, consistently ranked among the top programs in the nation. She also spent a semester in Florence, Italy—where she perfected her espresso order and learned never to ask for a cappuccino after 11 a.m.!
