Preston’s practice focuses on construction defect and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP, Preston was an Honors Law Clerk with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office where he assisted with cases in various departments, including Violent Felonies, the Gang Unit, and General Misdemeanors. During his time at Santa Clara University School of Law, Preston spearheaded an initiative that made tuition more affordable for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Preston is proud to have served his country as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 2014-2018.
