Rae’s practice focuses on construction, products liability, and personal injury. Rae has extensive experience representing parties involved in all aspects of construction litigation, including representing home builders, and design professionals in breach of contract actions, claims arising out of the Right to Repair Act, and all aspects of complex construction defect litigation in California, Arizona and Colorado.
Prior to joining Plante Hugenin Levoic Kahn LLP, Rae represented public entities in all aspects of litigation and she handled insurance defense, general civil liability, personal injury, subrogation and workers’ compensation claims. Rae has handled numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations and had one of the top 10 defense verdicts in Arizona in 2010.
