Ryan P. McGuire is an experienced litigator in a wide array of legal matters, including employment law, construction defect, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. He has represented individuals, small businesses, and large multi-state corporations in a variety of matters and is a dogged advocate for his clients. Ryan has litigated multiple cases through trial and arbitration and has successfully resolved hundreds more through statutory pre-litigation procedures and settlement. Ryan has also advised clients on a variety of non-litigation issues, including employment law compliance and procedures, contract negotiations, business formations, insurance coverage issues, and dispute resolution.
