Sam’s practice focuses on general business, construction defect, real estate litigation, and personal injury. He is committed to providing effective legal counsel and advocacy for clients navigating complex construction disputes, real estate transactions, and property-related legal issues. Prior to joining Plante Huguenin Lebovic Kahn LLP, he clerked at a general practice firm, where he assisted in representing individuals in a wide range of civil litigation and criminal matters. During his time at Santa Clara University School of Law, he served on a number of publications, such as Law Review, the High Tech Law Journal, and the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle, contributing to articles that address diverse legal topics.
